200NL: Turn plan?

I c/c quite a bit in spots like this, but the trouble with this plan occurs on the turn. Against an unknown, I have no idea about their propensity to double barrel. What's the plan there?

when I dont know my opps I will usually not call preflop there. easily dominated etc etc

If in the spot I like c/c flop and lead turn (w/o 2 pr as well) cause that way we get the clearest info. calling down is fine too, but dont like that vs unknown.
