Talking aloud while making your decision!!1!

Basically my problem is at home playing online I find that when talking aloud to myself when making a big decision really helps me sort out my thought process. If I go and play live what am I meant to do as I dont want to let other people know how I think.....
Help needed!!

[/ QUOTE ] well im obviously not going to do it while in the middle of the hand like if opponent goes all in i could but then i am also allowing opponents to know that i actually know what im doing and am not a fish that i want to be seen as

Of course. I have also seen it used as a weapon of sorts to ellicite a response from an opponent. If you choose to use it selectively it may be quite valuable to you and your bottom line.

just talk to yourself in your head. you can still talk to yourself without talking aloud. if it makes it easier, pretend like you're explaining it to some other guy who's in your head.
