this position sucks but I think as played I fold. You might have wanted to fire a second barrel on the turn but since you didn't and he bet w/ a .5 AF you are going to want to fold. if he does have something you only have two outs and are in bad position again on the river.

you beat a float/steal. he probably has something like an AT most of the time i would guess.

fold is fine.. i know its a small bet, but its not that small. hes a really passive player post flop who bet 1/3 on the turn, just fold. these crappy little bets are very annoying when your running bad and not hitting any flops/getting cbets called etc. but with no real history just fold.
