Nope, may go today though..
Im now 0/2 with smaller casinos. 30/60 at hawaiian gardens was a rock garden. Only good part was when it got shorthanded for a few rings and I stole a bunch of blinds.

This QT hand reminds me of a hand I played against Gary a couple weeks ago. 3 handed I was winning a ton he was losing a ton and mad, I raise (maybe straddle) button and have K9 double suited and he 3bets bb I believe. Flop AA3 rainbow he bets I call and I already am not planning to fold.

Gary bets and I decide I would sort of like him to fold a 6-10 outter so I free showdown raise, deviating from my just call him down plan. Gary thinks a long time and 3bets and I change my showdown plans and fold face up bemoaning the bad beat I received.

It's not very often that I feel I was completely raped in a hand of poker but this was one of those few times.

Karina Jett was playing the 20 game. At one point each of the 40/80 games had one of us: Sailboats, surfdoc, Joe Tall, and me.

Also, this just in: sometimes live poker makes me want to gouge my own eyes out with a letter opener dipped in battery acid, then smear the bloody nerve endings and tissue all over the chips that disappear down the drop never to be seen again.

It's really awesome when some jackoff 4-bets your JJ PF from OOP with A8o, flops QT4, turns a 9 and checkraises you on the worst "move" ever, then rivers an A to validate his spewtarded play.

fun hand from yesterday's session: drunken kid who loves spewing sober but is out of control now he's drunk has raised every hand for the 5 or 6 hands I've seen since I sat down at the table

he raises again UTG, folded to hero in LP who raises p8, drunky calls, then announces he checks dark, so I bet dark, he raises dark, I 3-bet dark, he 4-bets dark and bc I'm a wuss I call dark, he bets turn dark, I wait to see what comes up

board is 4K4 Q, so I decide to just call down, river another K and I call, obv he has aces

couple hands later I raise pT, everybody wants a piece, but I get to 3-bet the field on a 234r flop, turn T, I pay max to see the river not pair the board and don't put in another bet in a 30 something bb pot

then the table broke up but I could get a fish to play me HU, which was fun, but it always sucks when the casino closes when you're stuck, ugh

And then you get JJ again and some 2p2 jackoff raises, you 3 bomb, and it s HU to the 679 flop. He checks, you bet, he calls. Turn J. Bingo. He checks, you bet, he calls. River is an 8. This is an excellent post. Seriously.

People need to stop thinking "oh, it's a rock garden, the game is no good. That other game has lots of action, it must be great!"

A net profit of "just stealing the blinds" once per hour is better earn rate than many here make at poker.

Flop j [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and i check call (still blind), Turn 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], he checks i bet he calls(now i had to look at my cards and found 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]). River 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]!!!!! He showed QQ and cried for the rest of the night how he was milking me...I think he is right... [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
