So waiting lists have nothing to do with props, as it makes no sense to pay someone to keep a normal customer from sitting down. |

Not all sites have that requirement though.
There are some places where a prop does not have to leave if the table fills up. He's allowed to keep on playing. Mostly as his reward for starting the table and also as an incentive to keep him coming back. As you probably discovered on your site, it can get pretty frustrating to have to constantly be getting up from the table and sooner or later some of the props will decide that it just isn't worth the hassle. So paying the props to sit there even when the table is full does actually have a purpose in that it keeps the props happy and gives them incentive to keep propping. |
