I see zero difference between KQ and QJ here unless you specifically put him on a K high flush draw [/ QUOTE ] It's just that many more hands that beat us from each player. And one we likely should fire on the river with, the other we don't necessarily need to.

With KQ we can consider the times that we're ahead on this flop and look for a showdown. With QJ we have to commit to putting in more bets as a bluff or limit ourselves strictly to how many outs we have to improve.
