Seriously.

You would think the busted draw would assume you had a Q, if he doesn't himself, making this a weird bluff by villain but I still look him up angrily.

Considering like 800 draws bricked, he could be making an occasional very bad blocking bet with the case T and he's only betting 20k off his remaining 47 effective into a 40k pot I think you're good here 1/4th the time, so call, but man is that annoying.

busted flush draw or a mid-range Q (Is he a defender?)? I'm ok going busto here I guess.

It sounds good when put like that but I'm still not sure we are. This is surely almost never a ten or a busted flush?

ask this...would u bet a busted flush there? answer is probaly...sometimes. so he is guessing if hes up against a busto flush or a queen. no insight can help at all. THIS is the advantage of your cards being faced down. Most of the time your opponent has to guess if u have it or not. You played it like a queen, and u played it like a flush draw..so guessing is all thats left. u guys think you can study, and study, and get to the point of being able to always fold when your beat, guess what... its not possible. you can only get so good at this game and you guys who know all the numberz, percenteges, ev, etc. are there. So relax you cant get any better at the game. you cant always second guess, and say of coarse i KNEW he had that hand yet i still called. ...No, u didnt know he had that hand if u knew it youd have folded, you were pretty sure he had it, but there was a chance he didnt have that hand, thats why you called. hindsight is 20/20. If u think you can play perfect, ask yourself this...could anyone play perfect against you? of course not, theyd make calls with 2nd pair, bottom 2 pair, etc. just as u will to them, its unavoidable.

I think you're better off folding here. If he ends up that he shows that he bluffed you, so what. Save your 20K in chips and get back to work.

It comes down to your read, don't make a call out of frustration. Over the long run, if you have no information about certain players in rather unique situations like this, the play would be to muck.
