Colts/Bears line move
This line was Indy -2.5 the other day. Now I see Bears -2.5. That's a pretty big move and I haven't seen or heard about anything to cause this. Am I missing something or is this just money driven?

Re: Colts/Bears line move
it's equivalent of a ml move from -120ish to +120ish, so not really that big of a line move..

people are pounding the bears and they want action on Indy to even it out

Re: Colts/Bears line move
I would hazard a guess that Indy does not have a good second string QB and the Bears will play their defense for at least the first half.

Colts preseason record is putrid past few years. [/ QUOTE ] True, but this information was available when the line was set. Maybe it was just a mistake by the linesmakers. |

Re: Colts/Bears line move
I wouldn't bet against Indy so soon after the Super Bowl. They're probably still peaking...

Re: Colts/Bears line move
I'm just going to blindly follow all these big line moves in the NFLX season. Value, schmalue, whoever is moving these lines seems to know what he's doing.
