Even if theres only a 5% chance for a dingle, you're still in a great spot here. Don't get too worked up about it, though. You'll make friends with the entire floor, not just your roomate. I know plenty of people who ended up hating their roomates by the end of the year but still wouldn't trade their situation because they had such a good time with other people on the floor.
