that's exactly what I tought too 'smurfitup'; He probably had Ten-8 for an OESD on flop and made his straight with that 7 on the river. I think trip kings isn't that likely cause wouldn't he raise that King-turn (even when he's loose passive)?

Lots of relatively passive opponents will slowplay the turn. It's just one of those things that makes people feel like a "real" poker player. Even loose passives aren't immune. But yeah... straights are likely.
