Default NL100 AK in BB vs SB 3-bet

Villian is running 20/17/10 over 1000 hands

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG ($253)
Button ($44.90)
SB ($342.15)
Hero ($123.10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, A.
UTG raises to $3</font>, 1 fold</font>, SB raises to $12.5</font>, Hero calls $11, UTG folds.

Flop: ($27.50) 8, K, J (2 players)</font>
SB bets $23</font>, Hero ????

Whats the best play here for maximum value?

Do folks like preflop or prefer a 4bet? When you flat it, UTG is getting great odds and with position I think comes along to the flop often, and you're going to be in an ugly spot a lot of times here.

As played I'm not sure what worse call a shove here. In this game cold calling a 3bet pre usually means significant strength, so I really doubt QQ would call a push, mayyyybe KQ but I doubt it. I suppose AsQs calls all in, but that's about a flip.

On the other hand, I don't think you're getting paid here by a worse regardless. If you flat, I doubt QQ puts in any more cash, I guess you could hope he has like AQ/AJ and we turn an ace.

So, I don't think it matters to much what you do here, so I guess I'd just push and hope we're good and he does something stupid.
