does Italy allow video poker machines?

Do you also offer prices in GBP/CHF/USD? Easy way to get another 10% markup over EUR prices.

Looks awesome, btw.

So a few updates,

It's taken me a few weeks to really digest the advice in this thread, and a lot of it has been very helpful, particularly Taylor's. A big thankyou to all of you for the help.

We now have three promo girls in the valley who work different areas. I meet with them on Monday mornings, buy them breakfast, and we have a chat about the upcoming weeks events and what they need to promote. Then I meet with my DJ's for that week and we discuss what was right and what was wrong in the previous week. I have no set DJ for the big nights, I'm rotating them based on how well they're playing. Keeps them on their toes.

Then Alessio and I meet and go over the previous week and plan out the week in action.

One thing that I've really taken from the advice here is to not be emotionally involved. If it's a big night, that's great. If it's a disappointing night, that's great too. I'm just staying level and emotionally neutral, otherwise it will turn into an emotional roller-coaster. But the good thing is that we've been open a month and we're getting close to making back our investment already. The busy season finishes up in about ten days. Then all we have to do is survive the four month quiet season.

ads.
