It's a B&M situation that could be discussed in that forum but whatever.

After seeing the guy ask to see both hands EVERY time I would eventually do something.
Possibly contact the floor and see if they are willing to put a stop to this guy.
Some floors will do this since this player is obviously not suspecting collusion on every one of these hands.

Yeah, I would come off as pretty nitty.
But my guess is that much of the table would be thankful to me if I was able to do something about it as I'm sure I'm wouldn't be the only one who would be annoyed by this.
