You should already be putting villain on a range of hands and planning your hand here -

1. What hands will villain raise UTG and then call a reraise, and how does your hand fare against that range?

2. What hand are you trying to make on the flop? (either a set or an overpair).

3. What is your plan if you make your hand? Are you committed to getting your stack in the middle if you flop an overpair?

4. What is your plan if you don't make your hand? (i.e. no set and an overcard flops)

id fold to the flop re-raise, most peoples UTG range is tight, AK-A10s, 66+.
your betting pattern screams high pp, hes telling you he has better when he re-raising you.
some people might say well thats pretty weak folding to a min re-raise but i say if hes bluffing you, then you will get his money eventually.
