Hand with the CDC

Old hand in LV. 30/60. We tend to play amped up against each other.

Folds to me in the SB and I raise 99. CDC 3-bets from the BB, I 4-bet, he 5-bets, I 6-bet, he 7-bets, I call. No hesitation from either of us. Is there any board I shouldn't get to showdown unimproved?

AKQ. No matter how hyped the agression between you I can't imagine he's 7-betting PF with much worse than 99.

This is too tough to answer b/c theres so much metagame. If he's willing to do it w/any pp you should certainly get to sd w/almost any board b/c the pot is so big right now. I'd have just called the 3 bet and c/r'd favorable flops but thats just me.
