Default 100 NL - Flopped nuts, sick river

What is your action on the river? C/F? I only have $37.50 behind, but I am most certain villain is on a straight or flush draw, although 2 pair or set is possible. He is a 23/5/2 over 200 hands.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 7 Players - (http://www.legopoker.com http://www.legopoker.com/hh)

SB: $101.00
Hero (BB): $100.00
UTG: $138.30
UTG+1: $93.70
MP: $84.55
CO: $97.75
BTN: $132.40

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9h Qd (7 Players)
3 folds, CO calls $1.00, BTN calls $1.00, SB folds, Hero checks

Flop: ($3.50) Tc Jc 8s (3 Players)
Hero bets $3.00, CO folds, BTN raises to $6.00, Hero raises to $21.50, BTN calls $15.50

Turn: ($46.50) Ad (2 Players)
Hero bets $40.00, BTN calls $40.00

River: ($126.50) 2c (2 Players)
Hero ???

Probably because I'm being results oriented, and with the swing I'm on I want to make sure I'm not playing wrong
