3 bet flop... you definitely have more fold equity than you might think. Your range is pretty generous here...

reraise flop to prevent yourself from making bad folds on turn.

Picking up the T on the turn I think we have enough just enough equity to call his turn bet getting 2.6:1

Against this type of passive/aggressive player that minR you on the flop a good sized 3bet seems automatic, a SFD with second pair is huge here.
