I think it's basically that they know the super in-shape dude will always look at them as fat.

[/ QUOTE ]

I just want to say that this is only true if the guy fits into the super narcissistic category or maybe a wrestler or boxer or something; super narcissistic guys who are really into their bodies probably just think everyone else is fat and can't resist letting them know it; while athletes who have to cut weight just hate everyone else who isn't and calls them fatties to make themselves feel better.

6 feet 1 inch. Weight around 175-180. Wanna get down to 150. Please help. Are we just stating how much we weigh or at the end of all of this, are we actually gonna do something about it?

Why would you want to get down to 150 at 6 feet 1?

I actually was going to post a date for a weigh in and everyone's target goals and his/her progress on here. It will be nice to have accountability with a group of people here, right? For fluff and ffk if you guys want to do it you can just post X and X-#.

I'm going to weigh in on Sunday and post it here. My target would be 10 lbs (excluding water weight) Oct. 16th.

Also, anyone here done HIIT before? I nearly killed myself yesterday and i didn't even finish my third and fourth intervals . (4 30-sec intervals)

I want to get back to 190...going back to school will be good for this. Intramural hockey twice a week is always good.

I watched HIIT squats on Youtube a couple months ago and then tried them once. Big mistake. My legs were incredibly sore for at least a few days afterwards.

Alright, I'm in. I'm 5'3, carry weight in my thighs, and want to lose between 5 and 7 pounds. I don't work out at ALL so I would be happy with establishing a routine of pilates in the evenings or power-walking on my lunch break. I eat a low-calorie diet as it is, but I mainly need to focus on weekend splurging. I'll weigh in sometime in the next couple of days to establish a firm jumping off point, but I'm somewhere close to 110 lbs.

I eat a lot of frozen diet meals which is generally not very filling for guys, but let me suggest to you hunky men to try the South Beach frozen meals. They have substantially more protein than the others and are quite filling. I especially like the pizzas.

isn't 110 at 5'3" perfectly healthy and maybe even a little small? 103-105 sounds kinda gross thin.

plus watch those microwave meals for additives and tons of sodium. Not that good for you.
