Default $3.4 - QQ ITM

I was discussing this hand with my friend.
Is a raise better than a push here? Or perhaps even a call?

i raise to 1400 (make him put in another 800 to call) and then bet flop/turn. never fold postflop.

I think the previous action would define how this is played. I think you want a call here, but we don't know how the previous hands have been unfolding to predict this. If you're looking to just get a fold out of the SB, I think Little John is correct in betting 1400, as it will most likely accomplish the same thing.

i dont want villian to fold. i want him to call and then stack off with some junk postflop. i just don't want to give him a free flop so i figured 1400...

I dont push as I am hoping for a call, I do raise to a pot committing amount though. Range is most likely including an overcard and we are dodging bullets. unfortunately limp here could imply aces or kings.

Only raise PF if you intend on going all in on any flop, even those with K and A and he bets out strong. Otherwise, just push PF.

Um, push pf plz cuz it's the same thing you'd do with A2o+/broadway/pair.

Seriously, the small raise reeks of strong hand.
