Default Raise from cutoff, then checks a/k/10 flop

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP1 (t6095)
MP2 (t13890)
MP3 (t6490)
Cutoff Villain (t7850)
Button Hero (t5894)
SB (t11148)
BB (t6871)
UTG (t8019)
UTG+1 (t13189)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8, 8.
5 folds</font>, Villain raises to t1200</font>, Hero calls t1200, 2 folds</font>.

Flop: (t2600) T, A, K (2 players)</font>

Villain checks,
Hero???

I had just gotten moved to this table 20 hands ago and only had 20 hands on villain, but:

20/20/oo

Do you reraise him before the flop? Flat call as I did? Fold?

Postflop, do you check for a free card, hoping to catch the 8? Did he flop a straight; two pair? If you bet, what do you bet?

I don't really play tourney's much so thanks for any and all help.

You have 14bb and 88 against a LP raise. The 20/20 read over 20 hands seems active but he could have been catching. You have good FE for adding 30% to your stack and no implied odds for set. Cram it in preflop.
