Third person writing is just a schtick that wadea is playing around with recently. He likes it because it is different, but he's not sure he's going to stick with it. He's also sure that he will slip and include some first person sentences along with his third person ones at some point.

Although wadea never speaks in the third person - ala Jimmy from Seinfeld - he agrees that it would almost certainly get you out of jury duty. Unfortunately, you may be eventually held in contempt of court of something like that instead of jury duty.
