How can I enjoy orgasms more?

I'm just a regular guy but I got this one kinda odd quirk - I don't like having orgasms:

Been with my girlfriend for 2 1/2 years now (first girl I've ever been with) and I've only actually come four times (twice in a condom, once on her face, once down her back - and I hated it all 4 times). It just feels so gross and yucky when the scree's flowing out and I hate the tickling sensation. I kinda feel like I'm letting her down because often I get to the stage where if I thrust a couple more times I know I'm gonna blow so I just pull out and let myself go limp before trying to bring her to orgasm again.

Thankfully my gf's really patient with me and understands my problems and like I say besides this I'm a 100% normal guy so no other issues going on, but just wondered if anyone else had a similar experience and what I can do to overcome my phobia(?) of having orgasms. Quite often I have to finish her off with my tongue/fingers because she can't come before I get to the stage where I need to fire one off in her so I really feel like I'm letting her down [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
