Default 25NL 87s flops flush draw and gutshot

MP1 is a good TAG who I know reasonably well (19/10/1.7 over 900 hands).
CO has played only 6 hands at the table and has yet to show down any hands or do anything of note.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($37.15)
SB ($23.80)
BB ($20.90)
UTG ($57.10)
UTG+1 ($25.65)
MP1 ($23.55)
Hero ($24.50)
CO ($23.25)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises to $0.75</font>, Hero calls $0.75, CO calls $0.75, Button calls $0.75, SB calls $0.65, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

<font color="blue">I am mostly folding suited connectors to this raise, but will call maybe 25% of the time.</font>

Flop: ($4) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 bets $3</font>, Hero calls $3, CO calls $3, Button folds, SB folds.

<font color="blue">Pretty good flop for me. I decide to call as I don't see what a raise achieves. I'm almost certainly not folding out any higher flush draws.</font>

Turn: ($13) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
MP1 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $7</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $19.5</font>, MP1 folds, Hero calls $12.50. <font color="red"> </font>

<font color="blue">Honestly not sure why I bet so little, and maybe the decision to call the push is easier if I bet $11 or $12?

Comments on all streets, including preflop, appreciated...</font>

I would play it different. I fold preflop because of your bad relative position, if others come in behind you and the flop raiser bets again you will be sandwiched (allright you call this 25% of the time). Second I would raise the flop with your double gutshot + flushdraw, you have more then enough equity to raise there for value + you absolutely want to price higher flushdraws out (why wouldn't higher flushdraws fold in this spot?; maybe not KQs or QTs, but an ace six suited could definitely fold here facing a large raise).
