i don't think pushing here - against 4 players is a very good idea, just check it down.

you can't win anything here as you will only be called by hands that beat you. exactly with your arguments, that a A or a Q is unlikely any 9 should call you.

but this is not your main problem - in multiway pots people tend to slowplay weak aces - specially if they see any flush possibilitis. so also a Q in early position might have checked the turn, fearing a slowplayed Ace would bet behind.
