Big Pot w/ Overs: Odds to Peel?
Button sat down 2 hands ago, so no real read. CO is about 65/28 over 200ish hands.
Full Tilt 1/2 Hold'em (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver) Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K, Q. 2 folds, Hero raises, CO calls, Button 3-bets, 2 folds, Hero calls, CO calls. Flop: (10.50 SB) 3, 9, 6 3 players) Hero checks, CO checks, Button bets, Hero ??? Getting 11½:1 on my call, but there's a strong possibility my outs are no good, and maniac CO has yet to act. Do I take another card here, or flush it? |

Re: Big Pot w/ Overs: Odds to Peel?
Fold w/o reads. You're oop, don't know how many outs are clean, your best backdoor draw is to a gutshot, the board is two-flushed in a suit you don't have, and you still have CO behind you.

Re: Big Pot w/ Overs: Odds to Peel?
Our hand doesn't look good vs a 3-betting range, so we are basically hoping he has TT, JJ, or AJ (which isn't always the case). Given that the board is 2-flush, this is going to limit our equity, because sometimes he pulls a redraw. If we hit a 1-pair hand we can't make too much off from it because we aren't sure we're best. All of these would make this a pretty standard muck.

*grunch*
easy fold u have big chance u will be dominated when Q or K hit and is too small , u can have 2-2,5 outs so fold. |

no flush draw, very weak straight draw, two overcards but no A, maniac CO still to act, ... It's folding time! |

Re: Big Pot w/ Overs: Odds to Peel?
You could be drawing just about dead already. And if not, non of your outs are clean and could get costly if you're dominated. Fold.

Fold. Ur outs are worth about 3 maximum and u are not closing the action.

Re: Big Pot w/ Overs: Odds to Peel?
clear fold and if i may add?
i just dunno why u raise preflop,i wouldnt? its a great hand to limp in early position but a bad one to raise with? u want caller with weaker hand behind u because u have a great hand to play multiway and if u dont raise ,great chance u will dominate limper behind u. i think raising this hand early position will only be called or reraise by a better hand and since u have a lot of players behind u,there s a big chance someone has a better hand. of course u raise this hand in late position if no 1 raise in front of u . i think the only moment this is a good hand to raise is when the table is loose and passif, wich i doubt it is at 1/2 full tilt.... |

Re: Big Pot w/ Overs: Odds to Peel?
I'm letting this one go. You've laid it out pretty well at the bottom of your post. With two hearts on board and the a possible BDSD (although a very weak one) for someone, your overcards are losing their footing.
Remember that overcards like ragged boards, backdoor flush draws, and few opponents. Since you have a somewhat ragged board, but no flush draw and a maniac behind you who'll make you pay extra bets (potentially) if you call here, your pot odds need to be reduced considerably. I say fold and move on. |
