Ever since I started taking ON whey protein, im not sleeping the same. I have a harder time falling asleep and toss and turn all night. I work out around 2-3 so im usually having 2 scoops around 4pm. Anyone know whats up or what I can do?

I noticed this too, when I have a big shake before bed...it's a little harder to fall asleep. Could this be because of the sugar (or sweetener, whatever... flavor) in there acting as a stimulant keeping me awake?

Yeah seriously. If you're doing a protein shake before bed, it shouldn't have sugar. It should be casein protein and you should have some healthy fats too.

I'm not sure if they are sugars, but it sure tastes good. I assume all this flavoring must come from a stimulant of some kind.

It is muscle milk. I don't know maybe the fact that I have it right before bed, I would assume anything with alot of calories should contribute to at least keeping you awake a little bit.
