only thing to think about is whether or not you'd make more money playing it for implied odds.

Lead or c/r is very close. It comes down to whether you'd ever lay this down (lol) against heavy action from UTG who says he has top set or the nuts, and in general how he reacts to having been donkbet with people behind him. I think in general you would be better off leading, but I'd prefer to call the raise and bet any scare cards on the turn as a two-way bet. I don't like the preflop call LDO.

Bad preflop call. You are drawing to 8 outs most of the time here. In PLO 25 this combo of preflop raise utg and reraise on flop screams top set. You need this to be kings or worse probably 25% of the time to make these a reasonable play.
