Rakeback

Is there anyway to get rakeback even if you already have a FTP account? I live in the USA so there are not many sites I can up so FTP is really my only option.

If you already have an account with FTP then they hate you and refuse you rakeback, you'll need to set up a new account witha new card ie a parent or sibling or friend (not a good idea) and don't be dumb with the information you use.
