bet/fold against a predictable player and bet/call against one who is capable of raiseing. C/c you should reserve for the special kind of dumb LAG that will bet any2 when checked to.

Against this guy its 100% sure that betting is better than c/c even if you incorrectly call everytime he raises. The simple fact that your eq is better than 66% (do a stove) before you make your decision makes both b/f and b/c better than c/c.
