Re: 200 NL KK gets cold called pre, bad board
[ QUOTE ]
I think you can fold. Villain might have AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AdKd, AdJd. AA and KK might be discounted some since he only called MP2s reraise and then only called your re-reraise. That leaaves QQ,JJ, and AdKd, AdJd. I suppose you might through in 9dTd if he's a big gambler, so include 9dTd if you include AA and KK. I don't have pokerstove, but vs that range you would need about 25% equity to call (pot odds are about 2.8:1). Anybody have pokerstove? My gut feeling is that your equity is probably lower than 25%. If that's true, then fold. You are a 45/55 dog against AKd, and that is the worst he has here.

Re: 200 NL KK gets cold called pre, bad board
i think this isa pretty easy fold here, the chance that he has AKd is pretty slim, even with that , its still a coin flip, save your money for another day.

Re: 200 NL KK gets cold called pre, bad board
[ QUOTE ]
check/fold flop [/ QUOTE ] I don't see any reason to check fold. I like check raising all in more than check folding. Think about it, I am not giving villain odds to draw to his set. Therefore if he knew that then he would either shove or fold QQ-TT, or AKs. He does not know that he is playing his hand for set value, because he has little understanding of stack sizes and implied odds. If he is any bit aggressive, which he is, I imagine he will be firing here with KTs, AJs, or even air. I think checking is bad because if he checks behind, the hand is hard to play if a queen, ace, or ten or diamond roll off. |
