Actually, the day you posted you got married, I saw you playing, it must have been after you got back.
As for the JJ hand, Pasterbator once told me that IF you set some up to bluff you, you can't get to that spot and then puss out and fold. Otherwise, you should have taken a different line.

My bad. I no so goot wit teh englesh.
You can't set up someone to bluff you and then not call it.
If you set it up and then chicken out, you shouldn't have taken that line fwiw.

The more common example is checking the river and being ready to call a 1/2 pot bet. Your opp makes a 1.5 pot bet that is real fishy but you just can't get your self to call all that money off with a weakish hand.
