Re: Mississippi and Louisiana cardrooms: NL rake & capped?
Fishead, uncapped just means the bad players have more money on the table to lose, what's wrong with that?

Looks like you've given 'em a nice start on LA, though. To the rest of the gang, I appreciate all the info so far, but more is needed especially for some of the less popular locations. Thanks! |

[/ QUOTE ] I should have another trip report up sometime next week as I'll be at the Horseshoe Bossier Friday and Sat. I'm glad that you appreciate my blog though. I'm also a mod on the SE Region's forum, it's brand new and just starting up, so if you guys want to swing by and post some info on your local cardrooms, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'll hopefully be starting a "Tells" thread there before long for the benefit of everyone (including me.) |

Re: Mississippi and Louisiana cardrooms: NL rake & capped?
Landlord79 (or anyone), can you tell me anything about the new casino in Amelia, LA: Amelia Belle? Their site and press releases indicate they have a Poker room. I'd hate to make the trip just to find a table covered in cobwebs.
