Re: Making Baby Back Ribs tonight, need help
Solid advice from everyone, thanks. The only problem I have is that I don't have 4 hours to cook them unless I want to eat at 10:30. Basically I'm looking for a good method to cook them in 1-2 hours.

A friend of mine boils his first for >1 hour. I want to say they're actually on the grill for less than 30 min. They were fall off the bone GOOD! [/ QUOTE ] No offense, but anyone who boils ribs should be shot. Everyone know the pressure cooker is the way to go. leveling |

Re: Making Baby Back Ribs tonight, need help
You can cook them in the oven in under 2 hours.
Put the oven at 425 and cook with the meet side down for 45 minutes and then the meat side up for about 45 minutes. Then put on the bbq sauce on each side for another 15 minutes. This is obviously not the same as a bbq, but turns out pretty good. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of your meat and your oven. Use the tests described above to see if they are done. |

My original reply is the perfect way to cook them in 1 to 1:15.
