Edit: Oops. Thought Lurker was a mod, as I had my cursor on his name and then it shows the same green as a mod's green in the scheme I use.

That was my question too: it was one of the GBBV Mods. He was posting fine there. I asked him twice to change posts, which he did immediately.

I'd already come to an agreement with him by the time I found this out. We can always ban him again if he causes problems anyway.
