UTG I think he has aces, but I guess he doesn't have to have that. If he doesn't have aces maybe he was set mining. I don't see him having an unpaired hand here.
I'd probably call with AK and hope to miss the flop and fold

This is either a scare raise to get you to fold or he's a donkey who likes to shove. I do not see him with AA or KK so you're ahead. Call and see the flop, if you don't hit or have any solid draws then fold.

You know this guy personally? He tries to tell you he has KK or AA yet you say you don't see him with AA or KK? I don't understand this assessment. Wouldn't a donkey who loves to shove...Shove? As played I would call the flop bet and reevaluate on the flop. This is going to be tough to play if an A or K hits, but it's not good to fold this hand to such a small raise.

I have seen all kinds of spewy play like this at the 6.50's, he probably has 10+AQo+,

FWIW, it is positive cEV to call this against any hand other than AA.

Something to take into consideration is that since you have AK there are now less combinations of AA & KK avaiable for him to have.

But yes I like flop raise call after min raise then fold flop unimproved. Be wary of flops AJx/A10x/AQx same said for Kx flops with another broadway card that doesn't pair your hand.

I think you see any pair quite a bit here, but if you push he calls with those which you hate, plus there are the times he actually does have AA/KK. So call and get it in if you flop a a pair.

You see all kinds of junk hands do this. I've seen everything from suited connectors to small pairs, to any A, to KQ. This is a mandatory call and reevaluate on the flop.
