Pre-flop, flop and turn play are fine. I would just call the river.

The BB line here looks like a set or a straight, but it could be just 2 pair. You have to call him down, expecting to lose. I think the pot is 15 or 16 BB. You should win this more than 1 in 15. To me to justify a raise here, I would have to believe I was going to win the pot more than 50% of the time. Given the BB line here, I don’t see that.

After the BB 3-bet on the river, the BB is either a maniac or your hand is toast. River bluff 3-bet are extremely rare, but occasionally you will run into a player that completely overvalues some two pair hand or just hates money. I guess it is worth a call against a complete unknown to find out.
