On the turn, your showdown plan can't consist of check-calling both turn and river. If villain's not a floater, you can probably just fold the turn.

Your problem is that Your hand on turn IMPROVED and that's why You called, the problem is that You're way behind anyway. I think after taking some more time to think You would normally fold there, right? ; )
