QQ facing huge river bet from prospective drooler, raggedy board

Villain is 40/8.5/.75 over 30 hands. Haven't seen him get out of line yet, but he has come over the top of my bets in 2 consecutive pots. My image may have been a little weak/tight.

This guy seems to be a drooler and I strongly suspect he is making a move on the river. Its a 3 bet pot and he is betting this turn and river, dry friggin board?

But I think thats a hole in my game that I'll make these silly calls sometime, and bleed chips when I'm wrong.

Should I fold?
