only time you fold aces preflop is in a satellite tourney thats about to end and to call you would end up all in and a chance of no seat (with enough chips to fold your way to a seat, otherwise still have to push). Only situation to fold aces. and thats still half a donk play to fold.

That's the most obvious situation. There are others, but never in the beginning of a normal tourney.
