How do you turn off foucus stealing???

It gets annoying when youre playing or taking notes on a table and another table pops up. especially if you go to make a call on one table and a different one pops up right before and you make the wrong move.

Is it possible to do w/ bodog or full tilt? I know one post said he didn't have full tilt installed and couldn't find out how to prevent this on bodog....anyone else have experience with these 2 sites?
