raise more preflop, its a 4/180 so i imagine you might even get a caller when you push so absolutely no need for such a weak bet.

Bet more pre-flop, at least $125 to go.
Bet half the pot on that scary board. Fold to a re-raise and/or try to check it the rest of the way down if called on the flop.

My standard is to make it t140 here PF.

On the flop, the call is ok, but folding isn't terrible either.

On the turn, you should be folding 100%. The only reason calling isn't bad is b/c he bet so little that he almost priced you in for your gutshot. With implied odds (which are quite small) I suppose calling the turn is ok.

If he had made a normal turn bet, folding the turn is EZ. Just to be clear however, folding the turn is EZ because of the caller BEHIND you on the flop. You called on the flop b/c you might also have the best hand (besides a draw to the nuts). But MP call, makes the likelihood that you have the best hand quite low. Which means you should fold the turn to a typical bet everytime.

Again, b/c you were nearly priced in, calling on the turn isn't terrible.

What happened to the river? You should check/fold.
