My guess is that there are some new processors out there and that what works today might not work tomorrow just as what did not work yesterday will work today. I actually got a deposit through on FTP with a credit card issued by a prime bank, although I did take care to use the card with the crappiest terms so that if they look after the fact and close the card, it won't hurt me much longterm.

I like how PS support tells you about ePassporte as if it's this thing of wonder. 5% fee on every transaction. What a joke.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is not true. There is no fee to deposit funds already in ePassporte to a site, nor a fee to withdraw them. It also has a "Virtual Visa" you can use for transactions with no charge.

I finally got to try out my all-access reloadable card on Stars today. It failed first time, so I tried lowering the amount slightly and then it worked. From the pending transactions on my netspend account it appears to have charged an extra $1, which is why it failed when I tried to transfer the full balance. Maybe that is written down somewhere but I wasn't aware of it.
