more than that actually

"356 provisional votes still need to be counted. They will be counted during the vote canvass on August 17th"


The difference is down to 33 votes now.
Definitely not finished yet.

Edit: OK evidently according to Mapquest there is like a 3hr difference.

WV is kind of weird.
They have 3 different towns named:
- Charles Town
- Charlestown
- Charleston

The Charlestown one is really small but I know of it because it is near where my Dad grew up and grandmother still lives in Keyser/Piedmont area.
