Maybe I'm weak/tight, but I'm playing mainly for set value here and (carefully) if I flop an overpair. With that kind of action in front I just let this go.

I would fold because we are either a small favorite or a big dog..I don`t think we have much FE if we push

I fold.

This guy has raised preflop and is now raising the flop. He probably has you beat + still 2 players to act, one of them betting the flop already.

Let it go.

You have a preflop minraiser making a stupidly small raise on the flop. He should have something here, and 77 is the only hand you beat that makes any sense. A flush draw with two cards over an 8 is a small favourite, and it isn't folding to a push here. You have two opponents on a super draw heavy board and some evidence that there may be a bigger PP involved.
