Best Value for STT SNG Players

What is the best value for STT SNG players when taking into consideration:

-rakeback
-bonus points for merchandise

I know Stars only offers the points, and Full Tilt offers Rakeback and the bonus points, but has anyone done any comparisons that make another site an attractive bargain. For example, is there a site where you can get rakeback, plus earn points for a book faster than would be earned at Full Tilt?
