check bet check with ace rag? im not sure, think this is more likely jj or qq. id put the rest in, even if its just for the note. Also if you arn;t jamming here then u shouldn't call the turn. my guess is you called the turn cos u thought a good part of his range is not Ax i.e. lower pp's (if it wasn't then fold turn). if that is the case then i think u have to get the rest in.

He also called turn because he had the nut flush draw.
QQ JJ are the only hands that you beat. But they are also the only hands that he has, so why not give him a chance to call with them?

i don't mind a shove here. it's probably slightly +ev given he's not folding any PP (especially >ten) but you're gonna want to break your fist the many times he shows you some ratty ace rag.

he has QQ or AA and I cant imagine AA checking the river w/ 63$ into 300 so that leaves QQ...

i would check, mostly b/c its 4-bet and i think he has Ax a lot more often than QQ/JJ and folds QQ/JJ some meaningful %.

[/ QUOTE ]

you think people flatcall 4bets with Ax hands more than with pairs?

[/ QUOTE ]

not really, i was judging by his turn bet, since bad passive players dont usually v-bet QQ on that board.
