What bankroll do you need to play 300-600 when one of the supposed best player obviously can have a downswing of 1 500 000 USD in about 4300 hands? Is 20 000 000 USD big enough?

Maybe some of the un-known players who play Brian actually have much bigger bankroll than that? I don't know, but they should have. There are some players who have been winners in the highest live games for decades and I would be a bit surprised if this quite loaded players with a lot of experience in terms of variance, would not try to grab Brian's money. The history of how easy Bobby Baldwin caught Brian bluffing at Bellagio was maybe significant.

I doubt that any “online” pro are loaded enough for this game no matter how good they are because of the big variance.
