So now I've got the xbox 360 pimpin shiz into the TV and its sweet.

Next agenda item will be getting a cheap, compact PC that I can sit in my entertainment unit with a wireless network card so that I can beam musics and videos from the interweb. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

yes, yes, I know I can do this with an xbox, but i figure if i do it with a pc i can:

a) not void my warranty by modding my xbox
b) easily upgrade. i.e. when blue ray comes down in price, I should just be able to stick one of those bad boys in my pc. also, i can just cram more hard drives in a pc when i run out of space, and its cheaper for a pc.

I play a reasonable amount of live poker. I'm part of a group that holds a no-limit tournament roughly every three weeks and Oceans 11 is about 15 minutes from my house so I play in the 1-1 no-limit there about once every four to six weeks. My main problem playing live is that my attention span is only about three to four hours playing cash games (in a tournament I can stay with it as long as necessary).

I see live and online as very different games. Online is where I work to hone my skills while live I play more for pleasure although of course I'm trying to win.

Foxwoods update from TPK:

Basically BBB and I are playing the 5/10 with a Full kill and pwning many donks w/ great alacrity. I was up $800 through the first two days but managed to give it all back today after flopping trips 4 times and losing to 2-outers on the river every time.

Also, I didn't have a single hand better than one pair (except for the trips) all day long. I'm going to run sick hot tomorrow. Ship it.
