not nitty at all IMO. Sure you're getting great odds, you're OOP and without reads most people at 25nl don't seem to 3bet that light.

If UTG called, you can probably call and play very cautiously; if not, it's tight. |

I think it's standard to fold there. People at $25NL are not reraising light enough to justify playing a dominated hand OOP in a RR pot.
