Re: 3/6 -> and im lost with AA
[ QUOTE ]
Ya I agree that c/f is very bad; I don't see him ever having a flush and I think a Q is a very small part of his range. I think there is little value in betting too, as I don't think he calls with a K. I personally like c/c if he is somewhat aggressive, as it allows him to attempt to rep a lot of scary stuff if/when he puts us on AK/AA, but I really don't think he has it very much. [/ QUOTE ] okay, first of all, if he puts us on AK/AA, he still may not bet bc we dont have any history and he has no idea if we will fold those hands here. if you dont think he ever has a flush, and a queen is a very small part of his range, you think his range is Kx and 33 only? and the Kx isnt KQ? which basically leaves KJ and 33 as his range in addition, Kx doesnt bet the river here, because nothing calls him that he is beating (unless he has AK, which he probably would 3bet PF) so what do you put him on, air? |

[/ QUOTE ] well yes, because then his range widens to include Kx for a river bet - he also calls those, though, so bet/folding is a far superior line because he'll call those Kx hands way more often than he'll bet them for you |

Re: 3/6 -> and im lost with AA
I agree the range of hands we beat is really narrow. Otoh I cant see him turning up with a winning hand here the way he played if he`s solid. I guess we can 1/2 pot the river and fold to a raise because he is not turning KJ into a bluff and this is what he has.

Re: 3/6 -> and im lost with AA
i feel like this has got to be a weak Q as much as it is a K.
I'd c/f. |
